0446551200 | 2010-04-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | I received a call on Friday 4/16 from Dominion East Ohio reporting a natrual gas leak along Terex Road. Waldon has the nearest active well which they shut in to correct the problem. On 4/19, Waldon personnel were on site to uncover and repair the leaking line. |
1911220467 | 2018-08-23 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The well was operated as a 4.5 casing plunger lift well. No leaks were found at the wellhead. The signage posted at the wellhead did not reflect the current owner ( D&D Energy Co. ). The well was transferred from Pin Oak to D&D Energy on 7/9/2018. I spoke with Bob Ditty ( D&D Energy, 330.495.1631) and informed him that the well signage should reflect the new ownership within 30 days of transfer. Mr. Ditty said, he would post the correct signage next week ( wk. of 8/27 ). The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel stock tank , one (1) 35 barrel poly brine tank and one (1) horizontal separator. The well was shut in due to flow line issues. I requested that the vegetation be cut at the tank battery. I will re-inspect for further enforcement evaluation. |
