Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL12651 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0699171521 2018-04-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2151. RBDMS indicated that reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery was stable. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Production equipment consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) steel brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and did not contain a current production chart. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production tanks. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. The valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
0736745225 2005-03-16 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-30 bbl salt water tank and a dike.
0931632309 2009-02-12 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. I GPSd both the wellhead and the tank battery. I continued my walk around the tank battery and the well and found both to be in good shape. The ID sign was posted. There were no violations at this time.
