0645284621 | 2011-07-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | Prior to inserting plastic into an existing 2 flowline a small amount of oil (unknown quantity) was released into a nearby french drain which emptied into a small (approximately 1/4 acre) pond. The impact was detected by the property owner who noticed a sheen on the pond. This inspection found a very light sheen and a small amount of residue along the extreme eastern edge of the pond. The company had used booms to collect what was available off of the pond. Prior to leaving for the day, the company intends to place a boom in front of the drain pipe leading from the french drain. The flowline will be inserted today. |
1040533554 | 2011-07-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | Booms remain in place around the point where the tile discharges into the pond. There was no evidence of a sheen on the pond. The booms can be removed after the next rain event providing that there is no further affectment. |
1667712216 | 2015-08-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspected production well on 08/12/2015. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-2,100 gal plastic tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. Jim Bates, Enervest pumper, was on-site gauging tanks at the time of the inspection. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
1859153654 | 2014-06-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspected production well on 06/02/2014. The well is equipped with a pump jack located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is clearly displayed at the wellhead. A small fluid leak was noted from the connections at the right side of the wellhead. Ron Fielden (Enervest pumper) was notified of this issue and will address it as soon as possible. No tanks were noted nearby. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
