I entered the site at 08:56 to evaluate a dewatering plan for the fresh water impoundment onsite. The plan calls for dewatering the impoundment using a pump and sprinkler onto the slope between the fresh water impoundment and the sedimentation basin. Overall, the dewatering plan describes how the operator will maintain compliance during the discharge of fresh water.
