2083334 2012-07-16 No Violations Noted A site visit was conducted at the Reed Run 2368 well pad on July 16, 2012 is response to a Well Site Restoration Report received by the Department. The site was determined to not meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was not observed. The restoration report will not be approved at this time. Please contact the Department after the site has been vegetated and a follow-up inspection will be conducted. No violations were cited during this inspection. - MRN
