No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, 1-drip, and 1-meter box, located within an earthen dike; the diked area is shared with the tank batteries for the Snyder-Leatherman #1 and Snyder #8 wells (PN: 169-25317, 25519). Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. The well was pumping at the time of the inspection. The well is located ~240 from its RBDMS location. A comparison of the well location with the original plat indicated that the permit number is correct, only the location is incorrect. A map showing the location discrepancy, as well as a request for the location to be updated in RBDMS was sent to Gregg Miller and Aaron Lantz (DOGRM Columbus). No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
