Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0087282406 2009-10-08 Production Wells No Violations I walked around the tank battery and the wellhead and found that there were no violations at this time.
1365033786 2004-04-07 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-1100 gallon salt water tank, 1-separator and a dike that is lw on the west side.
1778852105 2018-05-15 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2850. Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained stable and drivable. The well was within a locked chain-link fence enclosure. The well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A chain-link fence enclosure was constructed on the dike. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 140 bbl production tank and one (1) 1100 gallon poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and was connected directly to market. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed, locked and plugged. The poly brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. At the time of inspection I witnessed an intermittent drip of production fluid from the load out valve. Following the inspection I spoke with lease operator Jimmy Paumeri. Mr. Paumeri reported the tank had been recently emptied and likely needed the plug re-taped and tightened. He continued that he would make the repairs immediately. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the status of repairs.
2050847048 2018-05-31 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of the production tank valve. At the time of my follow-up inspection, the plug had been re-taped. I did not observe any leaks from the valve assembly. No further action is necessary.
iDIAN00458 2000-06-27 Preliminary Restoration No Violations
