| On 4/20/2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Rice Energy Glass Joe well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Clay Clifford (Rice). The site is located in Aleppo Twp., Greene Co.  The inspection was a routine inspection during setting of conductors for newly permitted wells on the site.

The operator has removed a majority of the E&S BMPs. The PCSM structures have been installed.  The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

The operator has set 5 well conductors on the site in preparation for future drilling on these wells. Conductors have been set to 40' on the 1H, 2H, 4H, 6H, and 3H.

 +
 +
The operator has removed a majority of the E&S BMPs. The PCSM structures have been installed.  The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.
 +
 +
The operator has set 5 well conductors on the site in preparation for future drilling on these wells. Conductors have been set to 40' on the 1H, 2H, 4H, 6H, and 3H.
