| Based on file records, well was completed on 12/14/06 to a depth of 6,028 ft. from grade.  In May 2009, XTO was granted inactive status for the gas well by the DEP. During this inspection, DEP met with complaint relative to issues of the well being abandoned and E&S issues of a drainage ditch that has occurred in the agricultural field located down gradient of the well head and former pad.  DEP explained to the complainant that inactive status for this well was granted to XTO by the DEP.  The inactive status would be extended for 5 yrs. until May 2014 where well will not be placed into production.  At the end of the 5 year period, XTO will determine to either plug the well, request additional time (yearly basis) on inactive status or place the well into production.

2005515 Primary Facility 2011-09-22 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Based on file records, well was completed on 12/14/06 to a depth of 6,028 ft. from grade. In May 2009, XTO was granted inactive status for the gas well by the DEP. During this inspection, DEP met with complaint relative to issues of the well being abandoned and E&S issues of a drainage ditch that has occurred in the agricultural field located down gradient of the well head and former pad. DEP explained to the complainant that inactive status for this well was granted to XTO by the DEP. The inactive status would be extended for 5 yrs. until May 2014 where well will not be placed into production. At the end of the 5 year period, XTO will determine to either plug the well, request additional time (yearly basis) on inactive status or place the well into production.
