Operator contacted Department on 2-17-16 and stated that the shared access road was to remain to allow access to another gas well. Department recommends Operator temporarily stabilize site within 4 days of cessation of earth disturbance. As per current regulation, Operator shall permanently stabilize site within 9 months of plugging a well.
