Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1778562 Primary Facility 2009-03-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site not constructed at the time of the inspection. Noted that there is a well immediately adjacent to the proposed well head. The Department reccomends that the operator rock the well pad so as to minimize the amount of sediment generated during well site construction and the subsequent drilling and/or stimulation activities. The E&S plan as compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimeentatio, provided the plan is implemented and maintained properly.
