2762926 Primary Facility 2018-07-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Abandoned oil well. Owner deceased, no responsible party available to assume plugging obligations. Date of last known operations cannot be accurately determined. Operator submitted production reports for various leases from 1997-1999. Well is to be submitted to DEP orphan/abandoned well program.

Well is located on surface property owned by Oak Hill Timber Holdings, LLC. Lease roads remain intact, but have become grown in with vegetation. A minimal amount of excavation, and some small tree and brush removal will be necessary for access with plugging equipment.
