Drilling was completed at the time of the inspection. A swabbing rig was on site. The frac pit had been constructed. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. The pits appeared to be in good condition. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. The operator should continue to inspect and maintain the E&S controls routinely and after each significant runoff event.

The operator should continue to inspect and maintain the E&S controls until the site is fully restored and 70% uniform vegetative cover is established.
