| 06-19-2012 This was a follow up inspection to the orginal complaint #275486.  John Ley, WQS SWRO met with Jim and Linda Wetzler at their house.  A meeting with the Wetzlers, Penneco and the Department was going to be held on 06-20-2012. This meeting was held to give the Wetzlers a chance to document their concerns.

The first issue was the drainage water line extending across the property from the water buffalo, making it difficult to cut their lawn.  Second, they found the area around the water well to be unsightly and wanted it cleaned up and the materials surrounding the well removed.  They also requested that the old tire tracks in the yard be repaired.  Lastly, they wanted the gas well site cleaned up and the bank below the pad/access road restored/removed to prevent water runoff from coming onto their yard.  They mentioned a request made to Penneco that a drainage ditch be dug to channel the water away from their property.
