2679341 Primary Facility 2018-01-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 2, 2018 the Department conducted a routine inspection at the SWN Production Company LLC, GU-J-Pad in Stevens Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for SWN.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was snow covered. PCSM has been addressed at the site with the installation of an infiltration basin. The well pad has not been reduced in size.

Seven wells were observed to be in production during the inspection. The wells were labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars. Two production tanks and seven GPUs were also on site. No staining was observed on the snow covered pad. Conductivity readings were not taken because all puddles were frozen.

No violations were observed during the inspection.

2824427 Primary Facility 2019-01-09 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Electrical conductivity readings taken from pooled water with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. A puddle near the production tanks returned 0.16 mS/cm. JLP
