| The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Thorp D (03-049) well pad in Wells Twp, Bradford County on 12/6/2018 at 1015hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was partly cloudy and 28 degrees.

There is currently one actively producing well onsite with another 4 plugged wells. All PCSM BMPs were in place and appear to be functioning. The site is well vegetated and  no erosion or stabilization issues were observed. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed onsite.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. Upon submission, a Well Site Restoration Report will also be accepted.

2811268 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Thorp D (03-049) well pad in Wells Twp, Bradford County on 12/6/2018 at 1015hours. The inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was partly cloudy and 28 degrees.

There is currently one actively producing well onsite with another 4 plugged wells. All PCSM BMPs were in place and appear to be functioning. The site is well vegetated and no erosion or stabilization issues were observed. No temporary E&S BMPs were observed onsite.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. Upon submission, a Well Site Restoration Report will also be accepted.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1040 hours.
