| No Violations Noted

| On February 26, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia LLC, Floydie Location in Tuscarora Township, Bradford County.  Andrew Hobbins represented the Department.  An E & S inspector from Apex was leaving the site when the Department arrived.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review.  The site was well vegetated.  No erosion issues were observed.  The well pad has not been reduced in size and PCSM has not been addressed.

Four wells were observed to be in production during the inspection.  The wells were tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellars.  Two production tanks and four GPUs were also on site.  Puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity.  No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

No violations were observed during the inspection.

| Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 12:49; the weather was ~35°F and windy.

There were 4 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. The well cellars were filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There were 4 GPUs and sand separators and 2 produced water tanks onsite.

The area appeared to be stable. Most areas were greater than 70% vegetative cover while steeper slops were stabilized with rock lining.

According to Department records the ESCGP for this pad expired on 3/25/17. It is recommended that, if the pad meets restoration criteria, an NOT be submitted for review in the spring or summer. If further earth moving activities are required a new ESCGP should be obtained.

No violations noted.
