| At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 is onsite drilling 8 3/4" hole.  A BOP test was performed on 10/21 and passed.  This well is planned to have a long lateral, but has to pass through 2 fault zones.  Each have about a 40-50' vertical change.

Containment appeared to be in good condition.  While onsite, a matting board was moved and a hole was created.  Company man made a call to have it patched later that day.

| At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was running production casing into well.  Some issues have prevented the cement job to occur, but will be either tonight or tomorrow morning.  8 3/4" hole to 10000' and switched to 8 1/2".  On first attempt to drill to TD, fault was found to be much steeper than anticipated.  At 18000', it was decided that hole drilled would be too difficult to set pipe through.  So pulled back to around 15000' and side-tracked hole to make it less steep.  Casing was set from 19028' to 6000' with 5 1/2" and a cross-over tool was used and from 6000' to surface, 7" casing was used.  318 centralizers used on the 5 1/2" and 99 on the 7".  A float shoe and float collar were being used.  Containment looked to be in good condition.

| At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was rigging down.  Cement info for the production casing was a lead 1 of 280 sxs HalCem (57 bbls), 14.5 ppg, 1.133 yield and lead 2 of 1020 sxs ShaleCem (207 bbls), 14.5 ppg, 1.137 yield.  A tail of 1621 sxs SoluCem (527 bbls), 15.2 ppg, 1.827 yield.  Displacement was 504 bbls water and plug was bumped.  Floats held and bled back 7 bbls.  A total of 100 bbls cement was returned to surface.  This was the last well on this pad.

| At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 is onsite drilling 8 3/4" hole.  A BOP test was performed on 10/21 and passed.  This well is planned to have a long lateral, but has to pass through 2 fault zones.  Each have about a 40-50' vertical change.
 +

2652310 Primary Facility 2017-10-24 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 is onsite drilling 8 3/4" hole.

2659162 Primary Facility 2017-11-06 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was running production casing into well.
2662204 Primary Facility 2017-11-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 259 was rigging down.
