2816294 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-21073) on December 17, 2018. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is not working see photo. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases were detected.

No violations noted.

2820695 Primary Facility 2018-12-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 42 Deg. F and sunny at the time of inspection. Routine inspection of Alliance Petroleum Corp., currently operated by Diversified O&G, LLC., SGL 100 Pad, Well # 104 on December 18, 2018. There is 1 active and temporary shit in well on this pad due to measurement equipment out of order. Annulus vent (7¿ x 4-1/2¿) is open and vented. 100% LEL and 6% combustible gas was detected at the annulus; and 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production equipment includes separator, drip and production water tank; measurement equipment - orifice meter station. Production casing pressure ¿ 150 PSI. No violations were noted at the time of inspection. DEP recommends replacing or fixing gas measurement equipment.
