| A routine inspection of this plugged conventional well was conducted September 19, 2019. The well is in a small field near/on the edge of a cemetery. The 2" vent pipe is broke off and laid down about 30' from the well. The well casing is at ground level. Standing water could be seen in the hole where the vent pipe was once attached to the top of the well. There was no bubbling observed.

The well is in a small field near/on the edge of a cemetery. The 2" vent pipe is broke off and laid down about 30' from the well. The well casing is at ground level. Standing water could be seen in the hole where the vent pipe was once attached to the top of the well. There was no bubbling observed.
