| On 1/11/19 at 0943 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of True Oil, LLC's Sweet M-1 well (API 063-36844) in West Mahoning Twp., Indiana Co. Snow cover prevented proper evaluation of site stabilization. The well pad appears to be restored and permanently stabilized. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. A site ID sign and emergency response plan are posted. A well tag should be affixed to the well head. There are no violations being cited for this inspection.

2826481 Primary Facility 2019-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 1/11/19 at 0943 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of True Oil, LLC's Sweet M-1 well (API 063-36844) in West Mahoning Twp., Indiana Co. Snow cover prevented proper evaluation of site stabilization. The well pad appears to be restored and permanently stabilized. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. A site ID sign and emergency response plan are posted. A well tag should be affixed to the well head. There are no violations being cited for this inspection.
