2680374 Primary Facility 2018-01-09 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine inspection of a plugged well. Well has 10" casing capped with api # faintly legible on the cap as a monument. 1/4" holes in the 10"--no gas detected inside. This historical well was plugged pre-act to isolate the Oriskany and records show it was replugged by East Resources in 2008 during shale development to isolate the Marcellus, Tully, and casing shoe. I found a Notice of Intent to Plug in the well file along with a proposed proposed procedure. There is a pump jack next to the well. No obvious major issues were observed this time.

For data sources see[5]
