Bolts being tightened in cellar, however still suspended by cran 20:00 - Pressure on annuli 0psi. Lel = 0% throughtout night.

Arrived at command Center about 0800 hrs. 4/23/11 to relieve Bob Young, received briefing. 0900 CHK Rep. Rick Hall escorted Bob & I to well pad for inspection. E&S controls and runoff controls were in place and appeared to be operating adequately. Wellhead flange diverter was in the process of fabrication. The wellhead was secured and no fluid discharge from the compromised flange was evident. Met Belo Kellum (CHK) and discussed well status and current planning. Installation of 4 deadman anchors was in process. The coiled tubing unit was not on location. 0945 Kevin Patterson reported 0 % LEL at the wellhead. 1119 Belo Kellum provided a briefing update. Wellhead pressure = 1,000 psi and stable.
