| Today Cory Deniker and I completed this inspection to determine if the well site has been restored as required. We had recieved a Well Restoration report for the site.  Upon inspection we found a producing well, with a buried conductor pipe and annulus. The site was snow and ice covered, and therefore we where unable to determine if the restoration is complete. The site appears to have been rough graded, with the pits buired. No E$S controls where visible. Equipment on site inculded a 100bbl Green Metal Stock Tank, 1100 gallon White Poly Stock Tank  and a heater/dryer and compressor. All of this equipment was inside  a dike that was intact. The name on the green stock tank needs changed, to reflect it's current location. Also setting on the well site we found stored, (3) large miscellanous tanks, not connected to anything. No violations where found. I will need to return to this site in late spring to see if the restoration is satisfactory .
