| I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing. I arrived on site 09/04/13 at approximately 10:45pm. My inspection revealed that Wyoming Casing Crew had approximately 20 joints of casing left to run. Patterson Rig # 261 drilled a 12.25 inch hole to a total depth of 1845 feet and ran 1833 feet of 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing. OTEX cemented the casing with a lead cement of 150 sacks (33.12 barrels of cement slurry) of Class "H" (10% NaCl, 0.4% C41-P, 0.1% C-35, and 1/4 pound per sack celloflake). The lead cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.48 cubic feet per sack, and the used 5.48 gallons per sack mix water. The tail cement was 540 sacks (116.37 barrels of cement slurry) of Class "H (3% CaCl, 0.4% C-41P, 0.1% C-35, and 1/4 pound per sack celloflake. The tail cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.21 cubic feet per sack, and used 5.25 gallons per sack mix water. OTEX pumped a total of 149.9 barrels of cement slurry, 132.5 barrels of freshwater displacement, and got 22 barrels of cement returns to surface; a sample of the cement returns weighed 15.4 pounds per gallon. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
