| I was on location at 10:45am to witness the cementing of the 9.625 intermediate casing.  Nomac Rig #70 drilled a 12.25 hole to a depth of 1969' and Wyoming Casing ran 1959' of intermediate pipe into the hole.  O-Tex rigged up and cemented the casing with 151 barrels of Class H cement slurry.  37 barrels of good cement weighing 15.0lbs/gal circulated to surface.  See cement ticket for more details on this job.  No violations.

| I was onsite to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. Express Energy Services drilled a 26 diameter hole to 120'.  Express installed 120' of 20 OD at 94lb/foot casing.  No water was encountered during drilling. Express Energy Services was the cementing contractor.  The cement was mudscaled at 15.6 pounds per gallon (ppg).  Express pumped 48.34 bbls of cement slurry at 15.6 ppg.  The cement was displaced with 39.07 bbls of water.  Cement returns to surface were observed.  An estimated 2 bbls of cement returned to surface.  Displacement was completed at 8:43pm.
