Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0163135120 2018-03-01 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a check of the tank battery after being contacted by Enervest informing me that the production tank had overflowed resulting in a release of a non- reportable quantity of oil. At the time of inspection The area outside of the dike had been recently excavated no visible contamination as detected.
0700442448 2010-11-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that Stallion Well Services is filling the frac tanks. Inspection of the drilling pits revealed that the liners are intact and the fluid levels are acceptable. No violations at this time.
0758480054 2017-02-16 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with a gas-driven pumpjack and the production valves were in the open position. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl produciton tank, one 50 bbl brine tank, one horizontal separator, one drip bottle, and one meter run. The dike surrounding the tank battery is in good repair and the load line to the tanks production valvew are equipped with a locks and plugs. The lease road was in good repair. Identification was posted at the tank battery.
1537118714 2015-12-21 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The wellhead had a pumpjack on it and the valves were open. The tank battery consisted of one, 140 BBL production tank, 1500 gallon poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There was a chart in the box showing production. The wellhead was labeled with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the production tank. The tank battery was diked. The lease access was stable and driveable. Preliminary restoration passed.
