2705311 Primary Facility 2018-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 6, 2018, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC, Hayward Location in Rome Township, Bradford County. Andrew Hobbins represented the Department. Nobody was present for Chesapeake.

The site sign, E & S plans and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was observed to be well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. PCSM has not been addressed at the site and the well pad has not been reduced in size.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was tagged and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. Two production tanks and one GPUs were also on site. Puddles on the pad were low in specific conductivity and no staining was observed on the surface of the well pad.

No violations were observed.
