1989434 2011-06-13 Violation(s) Noted On June 13th, 2011 I visited this site in response to an incident reported by Range Resources. On 6/12/2011 at approximately 11:30 a plastic tote containing ~130 gallons of soap (Aqua-Clear Inc. Airfoam B) fell off a trailer while in transport. The material was released onto the access road and roadside ditch leading up to the pad. An estimated 50 yds of material had been excavated and placed into roll offs for disposal. A sump was built on the opposite side of the road at the outlet of the cross drain. Small spots of soap were still evident on the road. Additional excavation was requested. Range is to forward an incident report with MSDS, waste manifests, sample results etc. 615820
1992015 2011-06-27 Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd On June 27th, 2011 I visited this site as a follow up to an incident on 6/12/2011 that involved the release of ~130 gallons of soap onto the access road. Water trucks were on site. Trucks were dumping water onto the access road and the water was being collected in a sump and removed in attempts to flush and remove any remaining soap left in the soil/gravel. The process was to continue until evidence of the soap was no longer present.
