On 6/12/2011 at approximately 11:30 a plastic tote containing ~130 gallons of soap (Aqua-Clear Inc. Airfoam B) fell off a trailer while in transport. The material was released onto the access road and roadside ditch leading up to the pad. An estimated 50 yds of material had been excavated and placed into roll offs for disposal. A sump was built on the opposite side of the road at the outlet of the cross drain. Small spots of soap were still evident on the road. Additional excavation was requested. Range is to forward an incident report with MSDS, waste manifests, sample results etc. | 615820 |
