2021706542 | 2018-03-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection. The well and associated battery are located on a rural farm parcel. At the time of this inspection, I noted the following: a wellhead with pump-jack system in a farm field. The pump connections were secure with active domestic tie-in at the battery. The fittings were secure with no signs of leakage. The associated tank battery was comprised of one 100-barrel production tank, and vertical separator. The secondary containment was free from signs of spills, or leaks. The load line valve was plugged and locked. The production reports were current. |
