Set 320' of 9 5/8" casing in 325' of 12 1/4" hole. Cement basket set at 240'. Cemented with 167 sacks of "A" containing 3% cacl2 & 1/4# flake (yield=1.18 cu ft/sk). Grouted backside at 07:17 05-20-11. Pit lined and freeboard maintained.

The operator should continue to monitor the site until well development activities are completed.
