Brine haulers looking for injection well for disposal. Contacted Craig France who will accept the pit water. Also spoke to land owner Kent Dean on site who was unfamiliar with oil and gas drilling operations.
1184609147 2007-07-12 Production Wells No Violations Spoke to Enervest operator Craig Norton on site. Picked up cement ticket for surface casing done on 7/11/07. Craig said Halliburton forgot to leave inspector copy on site yesterday. Drilling was continuing toward the production zone.
1215717242 2008-07-10 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Site for well has been fenced off as well as fence around well and tank. Pits have been backfilled and graded. Farm machinery is stored in area. A stone surface road accesses the well site from the public road. Spoke to Jeff Dean, landowner son, on site. The pit area has no vegetation. He indicated that the pit liner was buried and the area has stayed wet all year. Will check with company to determine what will be done to repair site. ID sign posted at well and tank battery.
1318079856 2008-08-12 Preliminary Restoration No Violations It does not appear as though there has been any repair work done to the site. The area that was wet last inspection is now dry. Spoke to Jim Cramer of Enervest who said pit liner was shredded and wet area not due to water accumulating on top of liner. Discussion with supervisor Jeff Fry indicated OK to bury pit liner. Still small barren area but it appears as though cattle have been kept on site as noted by tracks and manure. Farm equipment also stored on site. Preliminary restoration acceptable.
