-1503889720 2012-05-11 At 11:34 am, I received a call from Mr. Frank Paniccia, the landowner and alleged well owner, stating that his employee Mr. Randy Ayers had scheduled an appointment with an "oil guy" to reopen the wells. Mr. Paniccia further stated that he told Randy not to mess around and get the locations cleaned up.
1366720332 2012-01-31 A followup inspection was conducted to verify the status of multiple wells located on this property, which had been referenced within a West Region enforcement case file. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was idle. The well consisted of a pumping unit (Jensen model) with no engine or motor and disconnected bridle, visible 5.5" diameter casing at the surface, rods, and tubing. A tree had grown next to the unit and there were no signs of production. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded for the well. Note: The enforcement case file for wells located on this property date back to the mid-1990's. This case will be discussed with Division Management.
