-1976841690 2010-04-22 Respond to clean up along creek and Silver rd from Bart Ray OEPA. Found that line had broken and oil less than 5 barrel went into the creek. Met Derby clean up crew already on site and went over clean up . Booms are in place and all oil leaks have been stopped. Wells in area are shut in and repairs to lines are being done.Flush lines and run plastic inside of 2 inch to repair lines. Then pressure test new and old lines to make sure no more leaks.
