1095779497 2012-02-27 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a pumping unit and connects to a tank battery that consists of one 210 barrel stock tank, one 100 barrel brine storage tank, one separator, and an earthen dike. The tank battery is shared with permits 0991, 1032, 0701, and 2749. Proper identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. No violations at this time.
2092226504 2007-11-08 I preformed a random well inspection. GPS'd the well and the tank battery for the first time. ID sign was posted. The treater was 28' from the wellhead permit number 701. The wells that feed into the tank battery are 701, 991, 1032, 1196, 2749. The separator was 40 feet away. I called the operator, Greg New. He came out and told me that the treater had not been used in around 15 years. And the wells that feed into the tank battery are over 30 years old. I let him know that the treater should be taken out since it was not being used. Greg would put that on his list to do.
