1195939769 2014-02-27 I arrived on this location with inspector Mark Moreland this is the well that Mr Pivonka has called about . He is complaining about a gas odor which he believes is H2S . I found no violations at well-head or tank battery.Checked area with a sperian PHD6 gas detector which showed no h2s gas this date. I then talked with Mr Porter he is the landowner and lives approximately 200 feet from well. He advised he never smells gas from this well and he passes it daily.
