| 1208643015 | 2009-04-07 | I performed a random field inspection. Both the wellhead and the tank battery were GPS'd for the first time. I continued my walk around both the tank battery and the wellhead and found both to be in good shape. The ID signs were posted. There were no violations at this time. | ||||
| 249436922 | 2012-02-17 | I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system and it was fenced with chain link. The tank battery consists of one 100 barrel stock tank, and four separators. There was no brine storage tank present. The dike was free of vegetation and debris. The tank battery was fenced with chain link, and proper identification was posted. The tank battery is shared with permits 2871 and 2693. I found no leaks or spills at the tank battery or well head. No violations at this time. | ||||
