5017025 2014-03-11 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. Two domestic gas lines came off the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was completely weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. An identification sign was proper posted on the production tank. A bull plug and lock was properly posted on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart at the separator. The lease road was in stable condition with a locked gate and identification sign. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
