It is a producing swab well. There was some oil covered grasses for 3' around the well but none on the ground. Apparently the swabber was a little sloppy when he swabbed the well. The "hole in the tank" was the heater tube and it was not leaking. The operator indicated that they had just sold a load of oil from the tank. The dry flow meter showed sales.
