More notably the front section was low as, a 5' x 10' bare area was observed outside the dike. High Range Quantabs (Titrators) were placed at this location and also inside the dike. The Titrators showed acceptable Cl- level. Contacted the company by telephone and recommended that the dike be addressed, when equipment is grading the lease road, on neighboring property, for the Patton #1, Permit No. 2553. | ||||
