1363825351 2013-03-20 I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 13-3/8'inch diameter casing string. Nomac Drilling Rig # 71 drilled a 17-5/8' diameter hole to 615 ft and ran 602 ft of casing. Baker Hughes Cementing Service c/w 556 sks of class A cement . During the inspection it was determined that they would not get casing to bottom for several hours. Returned that evening after contacting Uniontown to advise and witnessed cement circulate to surface. After cement was displaced and the plug was landed the cement head blew off at 550 P.S.I. The floats held and no cement flowed. No one was on the floor at that time so nobody was hurt.
