-763143018 2013-04-23 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus is open. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1186421544 2007-08-06 Tank battery has fluid within 3 inches of top of the dike, east side of the dike. The fluid is oil and brine. Pumper has a 4"X4" board from the dike to the separator, so as not to have to walk in the oil. A stream is less than 20' down slope from the tank battery, the stream leads to a pond. Tank battery is not signed. There is a one hundred barrel tank on site, under ground tank and a plastic brine tank that is on it's side. Called Andy Koval from the company at 12:24 pm 08/06/2007, he said he will have it clean up immediately. Andy Called me at 1:58 pm 08/06/2007 crew is on it and they are going to replace the tank.
