480447365 2014-03-18 The well was inspected to determine compliance with Chief's Order 2014-35. The well is not capable of production. The pump jack is overgrown with trees and brush and there is no motor on the jack. The well head is leaking gas and fluid which is contained at the well site. Clear Creek Oil's owner resides in South America. The farm on which the well is located is occupied by the owner's daughter. Their legal affairs are managed by Critchfield and Critchfield attorney Patrick Noser (419-289-6888). Their administrative business is handled by Whitcomb and Hess accountants. The representatives of the company were notified via phone on 3/19/14 that the well will need to be plugged. They are working on the delinquent insurance and then they will work on plugging the well. Compliance Notice will be issued if there is no progress on plugging or repairing the well.
