-152816875 2012-02-22 My inspection this day is routine - I found well with pumping unit - capable of producing with valves open. The tank area is messy - it looks like tank got a hole in the bottom and drained into the dike/pit. I called operator and he says they did have a hole, they are continuing to clean it up and have installed a new plastic tank until weather breaks to get a new steel tank in position. He will have identification posted this week. He also says they will continue to place pads inside dike until all oil soaked up.
1931021086 2004-09-14 Inspection this day found well with jack capable of producing, tank has no ID's, fair dike with pit. This well will be owned by Daryl Bowersock, grandson, and is in process of getting registered. Then he will get ID's up
