-2009040730 2014-01-17 Performed annual inspection for Columbia Gas Storage Well# 10381 on 01/17/2014. Well identification is posted, but is falling off and may need replaced. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1283352388 2010-09-01 Called by Dave reynolds of Columbia Gas Transmission to report H2S in annular space between 5.5 and 8.625 casings. He advised his meter reading was 15 ppm H2S on 8-31-2010. I tested annulus and my meter reading is 42 % lel and 0 ppm H2S. The annular space has been shut in and it has opened to rehabilitate the surface casing. I advised it is bacteria causing H2S reading and not formation gas. The H2S has dimminished after exposing to atmosphere. Sun, 85 degrees.
