-2074513477 2006-06-30 Inspection this day found casing well out in field, valves are open but there are cattle in the pasture that may have rubbed them open. Several trashy trailers on the property, all look uninhabitable, but no one home. Black plastic line in the field that has been cut, tubing laying out beside the well, I can't tell if producing for a landowner or not so will give NOV. 9-9-05(A)10

1391533879 2014-02-04 Well is equipped with a swage, an elbow then a valve. There is another tee with a valve and a back pressure regulator. Both valves are open. There are no tanks associated with this well. There is a piece of black plastic that comes out of the ground and is flowing water. There are no detectable amounts of chlorides in the water. Spoke with landowner Mr. John B. Smith. He stated that he and his wife bought the property from his wife's grandfather Mr. Buddy Schrader. The well is supposed to be owned by Mr. Schrader and be trasferred with the property. I then explained to Mr. Smith the process of obtaining domestic ownership through the state. However, the court documents need to be obtained to prove who owns it.
