-1837456062 2014-04-25 I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection that the well was in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was a domestic gas line coming off of the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was capable of meeting containment requirements. An identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart inside the separator. Chain link fences surrounded the tank battery and well. The lease road was in good condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
