-780010706 2011-01-24 Jackson Office received a phone call from Mr. Chris Sanderford on January 14, 2011. He stated that a gas smell was coming from under his house. Contacted Mr. Sanderford on January 19, 2011 at 7 am, left a message on his cell phone to return my call. On January 20, 2011 at 9:40 am left another message at his place of work. On January 21, 2011 Mr. Sanderford called and stated that the gas smell comes and goes and he has not noticed it for several days. He stated that he was not heating nor had natural gas to his house. Told Mr. Sanderford to contact me if odor returns. On January 24, 2011 at 8am I arrived at 12425 Portie Flamingo Rd., spoke with Mr. Sanderford about gas smell and location under house. Gas Detector did not read any gas and did not note a gas smell. According to GPS this well is located approx. 100'ft from house and was plugged in early 60's.
