Fencing should be 8 feet with three strands of barbed wire. Will contact company regarding the fence. They will either need to submit a waiver or correct the fencing.
-2068238258 2008-04-21 Majority of the site has been graded and seeded. Drainage controls are in place south east of affected area. Lease road is stable and in good repair. Topsoil stockpile to the north east of site remains to be graded. Permit sign is up at the entrance of the site and on the tank battery. Spark arrestors are installed on the tank battery.
-720126350 2008-01-14 I witnessed the cementing of the 11 3/4" conductor pipe. There were no violations at this time.
1200675920 2008-01-18 Operator drill depth 1010', operator drilling on fluid in the shale. One hour a Kelly. Operator is using steel tanks and a shale shaker for drill cuttings. Site is stable, drainage controls are in place. Operator has a linear to the south of shale shaker to catch any overflow. Site is in good condition, no fuel spills. Operator is maintaining a small trash pit for leakage from manifold and drill pipe. Trash pit is lined, ditch is lined.
1206536646 2008-03-26 Permit sign posted at the entrance of the site. Drainage controls are in place. Tank battery has been installed, 2 one hundred and forty bbl tanks and mechanical separator on site. One large plastic brine tank. Tanks have spark arrestors installed. Well is a rabbit well. Safety fence is in place. Soil is extremely soft, site has partial snow covering on it. Frost is in the ground. Reclamation will need to be completed when weather permits.

1389804251 2014-01-15 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is on the well and the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1453026410 2008-01-12 I witnessed the digging of the drilling pit. They also put 16 sacks of dried bennonite mud around the inside of the pit. Then they installed the pit liner. Very small amount of water pooled in the bottom of the pit. The rotary mud sealed it off. I also witnessed the digging of the steel pits. There were no violations at this time.
