1340816788 2012-06-27 Inspection of the well head found 4.5 production casing, 1.5 tubing & rods with the production valves open and a pumping unit in place. A 100 barrel tank and separator are present on location near the well head. Inspector will note that contact was made with company representative Gary Lemon about putting up proper well identification.
14248301 2012-11-19 My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5" casing, 1.5" tubing, rods, and a pump jack. The production valves are open. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank and a separator. The tank has the proper identification and is located within a dike. The meter is located off site.
